POLICIES
Please be on time to your appointment to ensure the best results from your stylist. Being more than 15 minutes late can result in having to reschedule your appointment to a later time or date.

CANCELATION // NO SHOW POLICY
Reserved appointments require at least a 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling. No showing your appointment is a Studio 101 NO-NO. This will require a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment.

If you are feeling under the weather, please give us ample notice and we will be happy to set up a new appointment for you once you've recovered.
